From the heart of Olot, in Les Cols, Fina and Martina represent a cuisine of the environment, of extreme sensitivity and formal purity. With two Michelin stars and a third generation taking over, their approach is almost monastic: products from their own garden, glass and steel architecture, and a way of understanding cuisine as a philosophy of life.
